Visual Paint will provide a free, no-obligation quote upon request. The pricing in the quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual contract, and payment is due according to the terms specified.
We accept various payment methods, which will be indicated at the time of invoicing. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in delayed services, and we reserve the right to charge late fees where applicable.
Customer Obligations
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the quote process and any communications with Visual Paint.
- Ensure that work areas are prepared and accessible according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Comply with any safety guidelines provided by Visual Paint to maintain a safe environment for both our team and your property.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in your contract. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather), Visual Paint reserves the right to reschedule the service with reasonable notice to the customer.
Warranties and Guarantees
Visual Paint is committed to delivering high-quality services. We offer a one-year workmanship guarantee, covering defects in the application of paint or coatings under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, external factors (such as weather or moisture), or any post-service work performed by third parties.

Limitation of Liability
While Visual Paint strives to provide excellent service, we will not be held liable for:
